Originally undertaking a BA Hons degree in psychology and social sciences. Amie began a career in international banking on her home island of Jersey. However she quickly realised that she aspired to a more personable and caring career. Through her love of horses and an equine osteopath she discovered the power of osteopathy!  The osteopathic approach of appreciating the holistic nature of the body rather than segmented divisions appealed to her greatly.

This prompted her to return to study for another four years, gaining an Integrated Masters from the EuropeanSchool of Osteopathy in 2011.

For the past two years she has been working in Yorkshire where her patients have been wide ranging from babies and children to the elderly encompassing people from all walks of life. She takes great pride in her work and is very approachable. If you are unsure if Osteopathy could help, she would be delighted to talk to you. Amie is committed to continually developing her skills and knowledge base through post graduate study and is intending to expand her work into animal osteopathy.

She is enjoying the vast expanse and variance of countryside in Shropshire which she regularly explores on the horses or on foot with Henry and their siberian collie Blu.
